The SolarVenti SV2 Slimline is typically mounted on wall - but can also be
roof mounted.
SV2 has the same
fan and sun cell as its elder brother SV3, but the SV2 panel is square: it has
equal length and width. Therefore this model is well suited for putting 'on
point tip' on wall or roof. That's also where the nickname "Diamond"
comes from.
The
amount of hot air from the small models, does not exceed levels for temperature
and m3 that makes thermostat/regulator unit necessary. That is why SV3 and SV2
as standard are delivered only with on/off switch.Heating supplement, airing and dehumidification - all in one!

How does it work?
A
solar air panel is mounted on the wall or roof of your property. A built-in
PV-cell, powers a 12V fan which is connected by a flexible tube to an air vent
and an on/off switch. Whenever the sun shines, the air in the solar panel is
heated and the fan, receiving power from the solar cell, introduces warm, dry
air into your home at the rate of upto 100 cubic metres per hour (depending on
model).
Incoming air temperature can be increased by as much as
40ºC.
Providing a substantial, free, heat supplement. It´s as simple as
that!
